How To Stir With A Bar Spoon
Did you know many bartenders stir with the red knob? The spoon portion is often used for small measuring (such as 1/4 oz measures) and scooping cherries. The red knob is usually the side put into your cocktail to stir as it doesn’t get wedged on ice and allows you to stir quickly and efficiently without damaging or scratching the glass (which is what the red knob is protecting!)
